ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a large Hotel & Resorts Group of companies, is seeking for a F&B Manager to join their team based in Sounion, Attica.

F&B Manager (4954/FBM/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Adhere to food, health and safety standards
  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders in cooperation with the purchasing department
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of Food & Beverages and supervise inventory
  • Responsible for planning, organization, quality, quantity and presentation of the products in collaboration with the Chef and the restaurant and bar managers
  • Responsible for product pricing policy to all food departments in cooperation with the management and the hotel control department
  • Formulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue/expense forecasts
  • Handle VIP clients in collaboration with the General Manager and the Rooms Division Manager
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with food and service, handle problems and complaints according to the hotel policies and procedures
  • Develop relationships with regular customers by organizing events
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Responsible for staff training and development
  • Conduct F&B meetings
  • Attend and participate in regular management meetings and educational programs
  • Update products and techniques according to international hotel standards
  • Responsible for the implementation and archiving of the H.A.C.C.P procedures and documents

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Hotel Management or relevant field is required
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. German will be considered a plus
  • Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent financial awareness
