Main Tasks:

  • Lead, coach and develop the team leaders of the outsourcer, to effectively manage all forms of customer communication across touch points, providing the best customer experience
  • Ensure that pre-shift briefings and floor management is carried out by the team leaders of the outsourcer
  • Daily monitor team targets, rosters and KPIs and provide accurate feedback on team productivity, trends and call outcomes with team leaders of the outsourcer
  • Act as an escalation point for the team. Handle incidents, coordinate Accounts, effectively manage complaints provide optimal and fast solutions
  • Actively participate on processes improvement, lead new projects, initiatives identify trends and provide valuable insights

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in a call center is essential
  • Good knowledge of Wind’s and competition products
  • Analytical thinking and passing on effectively information from management to employees and vice versa
  • Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills
  • Teamwork, results orientation, creativity, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Strong sales and customer orientation
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude with friendly and professional demeanour
