We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. As a member of our R&D team, your mission will be to deliver our roadmap flawlessly, gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on roadmap
  • Work closely with engineering teams, monitor sprints
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching

Product Manager

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of working with Enterprise Software
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, Trello or Asana
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Experience working with Agile teams
