Optimal HR Group is looking to recruit a high caliber Talent Acquisition Consultant.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directly searching and sourcing talented candidates through multiple channels (networking, employee referrals, direct research, job postings, database searches etc.) to fill open hiring needs
  • Forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
  • Setting up rich and highly diversified talent pool for company’s diverse needs
  • Regular and effective communication with and visits to potential clients in order to attract and maintain them contributing to rapid business development
  • Providing consultation to the business on roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process
  • Conducting ongoing research for new markets with active business development, liaise with clients and candidates for the regions of operation
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, conferences, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations
  • Using best practices and systems to improve service delivery for recruiting
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Keeping current on recruitment trends and serve as a subject matter expert to client groups
  • Debriefing/coaching managers and candidates; negotiating offers; closing and post-closing candidates; conducting reference checks; Performing project supervision when necessary

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably gained while working for an executive search firm or in corporate recruiting
  • Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative, problem solve and work with minimal direction
  • Comfort with change and ambiguity, as the scope of this role will likely shift over time as recruiting demand varies
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
  • Strong client service orientation, previous experience in a professional services organization would be ideal
  • Executive presence with the confidence and experience to work and partner with senior leaders as well as lead and inspire team members and colleagues
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Expert in MS Office and CRM databases
